Wash you hair with a clarifying shampoo I-2 days before.
Hair should not be excessively dirty, sweaty or oily. Dirty hair does not "grab colour better"
Between foils, root touch ups, shampoo bowls & multiples toners things could get messy! Please avoid wearing tops with high necks. This includes hoodies & turtle necks
If you are running 15 minutes late (or less) to your appointment, please call ahead. Past 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit or reschedule your appointment.
With the salon being an exclusively by appointment only — we ask that you please understand that any last minute cancellations result in a loss for the stylist and other clients that would have had the opportunity to book in.
You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your hair, contact us within 7 days of your service for any adjustments in our control. Additional charges may apply for adjustments on discounted services. Please note that due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided. All product purchases are final sale.
Appointment Cancellation|No-Show|Late Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
A valid credit card on file is required to confirm your appointment.
To ensure efficient scheduling, please inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 50% fee. While no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate modifications to your appointment or rescheduling to respect other guests' time.

Lighting is a super important
Lighting makes a huge difference when it comes to the tonality of colour! I prefer to snap my pictures in the day with natural light.
