  • Appointments are booked exclusively online. This ensures proper timing is allocated for each service and maintains the quality of your experience.

  • My work is highly customized, focusing on tone, placement, and overall harmony to complement your features. I also offer colour analysis to refine and elevate your final result. A colour analysis is an add-on service that helps determine the most flattering tones for your skin tone, eye colour, and overall features. It allows for a more intentional and elevated final result.

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair and minimal product. Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting colour on, and avoid hoodies or high necklines. Extension clients should come with clean, fully dried hair. For photos black top without logos is preferred

  • I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service.

  • Select bookings are available for weddings, events, and editorial work. Inquiries must be made directly for approval and custom pricing.
